A Natural Green Temperament person is someone who can be described as very curious and on a twenty-four hour preoccupation with thinking. Their core need is “intellectual competency”. They are “visionaries” and have the ability to see the “big picture” when planning.

A Natural Green can be mistaken for a “know it all”. They want to know the “why” of things and have a tendency to question everything. This questioning is only to better understand. They are motivated by their own standards not by the standards placed on them by others.

A Natural Green loves learning for the sake of learning and will move on to the next challenge once a problem has been solved. They view everything as a lesson and will continue to search for improvement.
